Background


In early 2010, the "Omdan" system was launched as a management platform for appraisal offices.
The system supports office teams in managing case files and enables the majority of work processes to be completed with a single click.
It is compatible with all operating systems and Microsoft Office.


System Features

  • Reminder System: Operates based on insurance supervisor guidelines, notifying appraisers about delays in case management. Reminders include actions like sending the initial notification, receiving documents, and creating reports. One or more office representatives receive all reminders to ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Automatic Document Creation: Generates client-specific documents within the case file.
  • Email Log: Automatically links outgoing emails to the relevant case file, while incoming emails can be dragged directly from Outlook into the case.
  • Activity Log: Automatically records key case management activities, such as case openings and email handling.
  • Simultaneous Document Handling: Supports working on multiple documents from the same or different cases concurrently.
  • PDF Documents: Converts Word and Excel files into PDFs through the system.
  • Document Scanning: Allows direct scanning of documents into the case file.
  • Photo Uploads: Enables adding photos directly from a camera to the case file.
  • Custom Word Documents: Creates Word documents tailored for insurance companies, such as initial notifications, expert opinions, and photo reports.
  • Search Functionality: Includes a robust search mechanism to locate cases, clients, and insured parties using various parameters.
  • Reports: Generates statistical reports in Excel format.
  • Invoice Generation: Issues tax-compliant invoices.
  • Automatic Charge Summaries: Creates detailed charge breakdowns in formats accepted by Menora and Agricultural Insurance companies.

Support is provided by company engineers, Monday to Thursday, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

What Happens to Old Case Files?

All old case files and relevant data (insured parties, clients, agents, accounts, and payments) are transferred to "Omdan" before system installation.
